We uphold high standards of corporate governance and integrity. The Board of Directors, as the highest governing body, oversees operations, formulates strategies, and delegates execution to the management team. Regular board meetings are held to ensure sustainable and steady business growth. Tax governance is guided by transparency, compliance, and a commitment to maximizing the interests of stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, suppliers, distributors, and consumers.

Customer Protection
We ensure our own brand product reliability through rigorous standards and third-party testing for proprietary products, meeting LFGB (Germany) or FDA (U.S.) standards. For B2B/ OEM/ ODM clients, we guarantee compliance, prioritize safety, and strictly adhere to NDAs to protect sensitive information.

Supply Chain Management
We maintain a robust supplier evaluation and monitoring mechanism to ensure material sources are legal, production quality is stable, and all comply with local laws. Supplier qualifications are reviewed annually to collaborate with partners dedicated to a sustainable future.

Digital Transformation and Data Security
With ERP/EIP/POS systems in place, we are advancing digital transformation and data analytics applications. Our internal data center features uninterruptible power systems, and cloud infrastructure is being implemented to enhance security and operational stability. In 2024, servers were migrated to IDC centers, reducing energy consumption and strengthening disaster recovery capabilities.
